Privacy Policy

We understand that protecting your personal information is important. Personal information

The types of personal information we may collect about you when you use our Services include:

  1. your name;
  2. your contact details, including email address, mailing address, street address and/or telephone number;
  3. if you are a representative of a business enquiring about our Services, your role and contact information, including your work email address and phone number;
  4. your bank account payment details;
  5. your preferences and/or opinions;
  6. information you voluntarily provide to us;
  7. information you provide to us through customer surveys;
  8. details of products and services we have provided to you and/or that you have enquired about, and our response to you;

The other types of personal information we may collect about you include:

  1. your browser session and geo-location data, device and network information, statistics on page views and sessions, acquisition sources, search queries and/or browsing behaviour;

If you use the employment services of one of our customers, we may collect or be provided with personal information that our customer requires to provide their services to you. Our customer should always have notified you that we will be provided your personal information.

We will not collect sensitive information unless you consent to the collection and the sensitive information is reasonably necessary for one or more of our functions or activities, or we collect it pursuant to clause 3 of the Australian Privacy Principles.

We may collect these types of personal information directly from you, from your employer, from our customer who is your employment service provider or from third parties.

Collection and use of personal information

We may collect, hold, use and disclose personal information for the following purposes:

  1. to enable you to access and use our Services;
  2. to set up an account for you to use our Services;
  3. to enable our customer to provide you with employment services;
  4. to contact and communicate with you;
  5. for internal record keeping, administrative purposes, invoicing and billing purposes;
  6. for analytics, market research and business development, including to operate and improve our Services, associated applications and associated social media platforms;
  7. for advertising and marketing, including to send you promotional information about our products and services and information that we consider may be of interest to you;

  9. if you have applied for employment with us; to consider your employment application.

Our Services may contain links to other websites. We do not have any control over those websites and we are not responsible for the protection and privacy of any personal information which you provide whilst visiting those websites. Those websites are not governed by this Privacy Policy.
